A bit about me

I was born in New York, but my roots are in The Gambia — two worlds that shaped who I am. I'm a student at ARIS, studying to become a dentist or dental hygienist one day. I've got 7 siblings, so I learned early how to share, how to talk, and how to find quiet when I need it.

I overthink a lot (like, a lot), but I've also learned that it means I care deeply about the people and things around me. This blog is my way of putting some of those thoughts into the world — cozy, honest, and unpolished.

Things I love

🎨 Colours

I used to have too many favourites to pick one — green, orange, blue, pink, brown, yellow — but these days I'd say purple and blue are my ones.

🍓 Food

Berries, anything sour, and anything spicy. If it makes my face pucker or my nose run, I'm in.

🐱 Cats

I love cats. They're the perfect mix of independent and cuddly — I relate to that energy.

🛍️ Shopping

Retail therapy is real. A good find can turn any day around.

What I'm into

I have a lot of passions — maybe too many to keep track of, but I think that's part of what makes life interesting.
